Are you overwhelmed with stress in your personal and professional life? Would you like to achieve success with less stress?

Discover the art of calming the mind through the power of the breath. A calm, peaceful mind is the source of great energy and joy. It is also the foundation from which confidence, focus and better relationships are built.

This dynamic 90-minute session will introduce you to practical wisdom and powerful techniques to rejuvenate and de-stress. Relax and learn how to attain greater mental clarity, happiness and creativity. You will leave this session with insights and practical tools that you can apply to enhance your daily life.

This is an experiential and interactive workshop, sponsored by the Art of Living Foundation.

The workshop is open to youth and adults.
